Fundraising Letter

Dear Donor,

The vision for the BMM 2011 Chicago Convention is summarized in the convention slogan “जरी विश्वात्म होऊ, अंतरी मराठी राहू” which translates to “Global Vision, Marathi Mission”.
The convention will showcase Maharashtrian culture with variety of programs from North America and Maharashtrian communities across the globe. This will be complemented by variety of programs from our beloved Maharashtra.

The convention will be organized between July 21-24th, 2011. We are extremely fortunate to hold the convention at the McCormick Place Convention Center near downtown Chicago, which houses the world-renowned Arie Crown Theater. This theater will be the main stage for the convention. The Arie Crown is a state of the art auditorium that has hosted some of Chicago’s most magnificent events. We hope that you will appreciate our commitment to bringing you a professional experience when it comes to acoustics and seating.

We cordially invite you to attend, actively participate and make this convention a grand success! We also request you to donate, and donate early if you can! We understand it’s a little too early to request your donation. We invoke a renowned phrase, “Well Begun is Half-Done”. Uncle Sam allows you to make tax deductions for your valuable contribution to our organization.
