EXPO Committee

The EXPO committee is responsible for planning and managing the Expo event of the Convention.

The highlight of the Expo will be booths sponsored by businesses and organizations as varied as real estate, financial services, designer clothing, jewelry, industrial products, information technology, medical and professional education institutes, literature, art and philosophy. The Expo will provide Vendors an excellent opportunity to globally market their products and services.

Our focus has been to create a mutually beneficial event for both vendors and visitors.

• The entry and exit points to the Food and Sports Activity area will be through the Expo area only. This will allow maximum exposure of the exhibitor’s booths to the visitors.
• Our goal is to provide ample exposure to all booths in the Expo Hall. However, the Expo layout will be finalized after a final tally of Vendors is available.
• A special stage in the Expo area will be available for demonstration of products and services and to hold workshops.
• There will be different rates Non-Profit Organization and Commercial Organizations (Limited slots are open for non-profit organizations based on availability).
• An art gallery to show case the work of emerging painters and sculptors from our community is being planned. Attendees will have an opportunity to meet artists and acquire their art.
