Facilities Committee तर्फे आपल्या सर्वांचे स्वागत करताना आम्हाला अतिशय आनंद होत आहे. अधिवेशनात सादर होणारे विविध कार्यक्रम सुरळीतपणे संपन्न होण्यासाठी लागणाऱ्या सर्व व्यवस्थापनाची जबाबदारी आमच्या समितीवर आहे. योग्य रंगमंच व्यवस्था आणि आवश्यक ध्वनी-प्रकाश योजने शिवाय कोणताही कार्यक्रम यशस्वी होऊ शकत नाही. अधिवेशनातले सर्व कार्यक्रम आणि एकंदर व्यवस्था आपल्याला आनंददायी अनुभव देणारी असावी हेच आमच्या समितीचे ध्येय आहे. अधिवेशनाचे स्थळ आवश्यक त्या सर्व सुखसोयींनी परिपूर्ण आहे. त्यांचा योग्य लाभ आपल्याला घेता यावा या साठी आमची समिती सदैव प्रयत्नशील राहील. आपल्यापैकी अनेक जणांना आधीच्या अधिवेशनांमध्ये व्यवस्थापनाचा अनुभव आहे. आपले विचार, सूचना आणि प्रश्न आपण आमच्यापर्यंत जरूर आणा, अधिवेशन अधिक यशस्वी होण्यासाठी त्याचा बहुमूल्य उपयोग आम्हाला होईल.

Welcome to Chicago's McCormick Place, the premier convention facility in North America. We are committed to creating a great experience for every person during the Convention. Here are some of the highlights of the facility:
- Connected to the Hyatt McCormick Hotel, the sky walk opens into one of the largest and spectacular ballrooms in the city. The Grand Ballroom will be used primarily for socializing during the convention.
- The Lakeside Terrace, a covered terrace, offers an outstanding view of both Lake Michigan and the famous downtown Chicago Skyline.
- Hall D, an area over 330,000 sq. ft., will house dining, exhibition booths and a unique sport arena.
Famous and fascinating individuals have graced the Arie Crown's historic stage over the last half-century. This theater has been the home to many national Broadway shows. 'Peter Pan' has swung from the rafters, Carol Channing has crooned 'Hello Dolly' and Yul Brynner has ruled in 'The King and I'. The artists at the convention will get a unique opportunity to perform in this magnificent auditorium. The acoustics, lights and sightlines at the Arie Crown Theater are state of the art.
