नमस्कार मंडळी! बृ. म. मं. अधिवेशन २०११ शिकागोची निवास व प्रवास समिती आपले सहर्ष स्वागत करीत आहे. शिकागोकराना १९८४ च्या पहिल्या अधिवेशनानंतर २७ वर्षानी आपले आदरातिथ्य करण्याची संधी मिळाली आहे. मिशिगन सरोवराच्या काठावरचे भव्य प्रासादासारखे जे निवासस्थान (Hotel Hyatt McCormick) आपल्यासाठी योजलेले आहे ते आपल्याला निश्चितच आवडेल. ६०० पेक्षा अधिक दालनांची सोय एकाच वास्तूमध्ये असल्यामुळे आपल्याला अधिवेशनाचा आनंद लुटणे सुलभ होईल. अधिवेशनाच्या कार्यस्थळी Enclosed sky bridge वरून चालत जाता येणे शक्य आहे तेव्हा एकदा McCormick Place ला पोहोचल्यावर अधिवेशन संपेपर्यंत बाहेर जाण्याची गरजच उरणार नाही. या प्रासादात Down Town मध्ये असूनही अधिवेशनासाठी सवलतीच्या दराने रहाण्याची व्यवस्था निवास-प्रवास समितीने केली आहे. याच्यापेक्षा कमी दराच्या निवासस्थानात रहाण्याची आपली इच्छा असल्यास htt_commitees.php विमानतळाजवळ असलेल्या नवीन अद्ययावत अशा Marriott, Marriott Courtyard, Hilton Garden आणि Holiday Inn मध्ये ४०० पेक्षा जास्त दालनांची सोय उपलब्ध आहे. तेथील पाहुण्यांना सकाळचा नाश्ता करून कार्यस्थळापर्यंत बसने पोहोचण्याची व्यवस्था केली आहे. तसेच रात्री परत निवासस्थानी येण्यासाठीही बसची सोय आहे.
