आजच्या युगात संगणकाचे महत्त्व लक्षात घेता "माहिती व तंत्रज्ञान" (Information Technology) ह्या विषयात पारंगत असलेले स्वयंसेवक अधिवेशनाच्या कार्यात आणि सफलतेत महत्वाची भूमिका बजावणार हे निःसंदेह आहे. अधिवेशनाच्या कार्याच्या सुरुवातीलाच या क्षेत्रातले सुमारे वीस कार्यकर्ते हिरीरीने पुढे झाले आणि आमच्या समितीची स्थापना झाली. प्रत्येकाच्या आवडीनुसार कामांची विभागणी झाली. काहींनी web-page development तर काहींनी group technology कशी साकार करावी ह्यात आपले योगदान देण्याचा उत्साह दाखवला. जवळ जवळ चार महिनांच्या परिश्रमांनी अधिवेशनाची पहिली वेब साईट जानेवारी २०१० मध्ये तयार झाली. त्यात अनेक सुयोग्य बदल आणि सुधारणा करून आता ही नवीन स्वरूपातली वेब साईट आपल्यासमोर सादर करताना आम्हाला अतिशय आनंद होतोय. शिकागो आणि पुणे येथे कार्यरत असलेल्या Avion Technology ह्या संस्थेची बहुमोल मदत आम्हाला होत आहे त्या बद्दल त्यांचे आभार.
ह्या वेब साईटचा उपयोग अधिवेशना संबंधीची सर्व माहिती मिळविण्यासाठी आहेच पण त्याच बरोबर अधिवेशनासाठी कार्यरत असलेल्या निरनिराळ्या वीस समिती ह्या साईट चा वापर स्वयंसेवक नोंदणी, अंतर्गत संपर्क अश्या अनेक स्वरूपात करीत आहेत. येणाऱ्या काही महिन्यात वारंवार ही वेब साईट अधिवेशनातल्या कार्यक्रमांची ताजी माहिती आपल्याला देईल त्याच प्रमाणे देणगीदार, जाहिरातदार, अधिवेशनात सहभागी होणारे उद्योजक, कलाकार, यांच्यासाठी उपयुक्त माहिती सुद्धा इथे उपलब्ध होईल. अधिवेशनासाठी नाव नोंदणीची सोय ह्याच वेब साईट द्वारे आपल्याला योग्यवेळी सादर केली जाईल. अशी ही आकर्षक, बहुरंगी, बहुढंगी वेब साईट आपल्याला नक्कीच आवडेल अशी आम्हाला खात्री आहे. कृपया वारंवार आमच्या वेब साईट ला भेट द्या. आपल्या प्रतिक्रिया आणि सूचना आम्हाला अवश्य कळवा.
