"जरी विश्वात्म होऊ, अंतरी मराठी राहू' ह्या शिकागो अधिवेशनाच्या बोधवाक्याच्या भावनेचा प्रचार आणि प्रसार जगभरातील मराठीप्रेमी जनतेपर्यंत पोहोचविण्यासाठी आमची समिती कार्य करीत आहे. अधिवेशानासंबंधी माहिती व ताज्या घडामोडी आपल्यापर्यंत वर्तमानपत्रे, आकाशवाणी, दूरदर्शन, वेब आणि इतर माध्यमाद्वारे सादर करीत आहोत.
चार हजारहून अधिक मराठीप्रेमी McCormick Place Convention Center/Arie Crown Theater मध्ये एकत्रित आणणे हे महाराष्ट्र मंडळ, शिकागोच्या कार्यकर्त्यांचे ध्येय आहे. तसेच जाहिराती, देणग्या आणि विविध स्वरुपात अधिवेशन यशस्वी करण्यासाठी लागणारे सहकार्य मिळवण्याचे काम आमची समिती करीत आहे. आमचे स्वयंसेवक यासाठी अविरत परिश्रम करीत आहेत. आपल्या सर्वांचे अमूल्य सहकार्य व मदत मिळेल याची आम्हाला पूर्ण खात्री आहे.
नेहमीप्रमाणे या अधिवेशनाची 'स्मरणिका' आम्ही प्रसिद्ध करणार आहोत. या स्मरणिकेच्या संपादनाची जबाबदारी बृहन्महाराष्ट्र मंडळाच्या संस्थापिका जयश्री हुपरीकर यांनी घेतली आहे. अधिवेशनाच्या वेळेस ही स्मरणिका देण्यात येईल , त्यात जाहिरात देण्यासाठी ह्या समितीच्या सभासदांशी त्वरित संपर्क साधा.
अधिवेशन यशस्वी करण्यासाठी विविध समिती कार्य करीत आहेत, त्यांना आवश्यक माहिती व प्रसारण क्षेत्रातील सारी मदतही आमची समिती करीत आहे.

Welcome to the Media and Marketing Webpage. We hope to provide you with information and opportunities to promote your business at the BMM 2011 convention.
We will provide you with the latest news, views and progress reports about the convention through the use of our website, the BMM Vrutta, newspapers, radio and television, social networking sites as well as other media outlets. Please follow us on Facebook and Twitter to get real time updates about the convention. This service will be available shortly.
Our committee is excited to reach out to Marathi Mandals across North America. We also seek support from businesses and professional organizations in the form of advertisements and sponsorships.
We will publish a “Smaranika” or souvenir brochure that will be given to convention attendees. It will highlight the convention activities, program reviews and interviews with prominent guests. This is the perfect place to advertise your business or organization. Please contact our committee if you are interested in donating or advertising in the Smaranika.
