Project Management Team (PMT)

The project management team would like to welcome you to the BMM 2011 convention in Chicago. The PMT (although not to be confused with Pune Municipal Transportation), has been entrusted with the task of coordinating the efforts of all the Functional Committees. While the functional committees are doing a wonderful job of planning and executing their mandates, our committee is making sure that the CFCs are aware of the inter-dependencies between the committees. We are here to make sure that issues do not fall through the cracks, no issues are orphans and that every issue gets assigned to a Functional Committee. The aim of the PMT is to develop an overarching project plan encompassing all facets of BMM 2011, to make it a successful and memorable event! The final goal is to make all these Functional Committees work as one team!

We are here to track the progress of all the functional committees in order to provide the Convention Executive Committee with a snapshot of the status of Convention preparations.

Our mission though is to ensure that the preparations proceed in a manner that will provide an enjoyable experience to each individual involved with the Convention.
