BMM2011 committee offers a big "Thank You!" to all those who reserved their rooms at the Midway Hotel Center and the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place. All BMM contracted rooms at the preferred rate are sold out at all the BMM hotels.

There still may be some rooms available at the Midway Hotel Center at a higher rate.
Please use the hotel's telephone reservation numbers and call them directly to reserve rooms. Please note that you may not get the BMM contracted room rate. Please do not e-mail the hotels to reserve your rooms.
