Young Adults Program Committee (YAPC)

Namaskar!! Our team would like to welcome you all to the Windy City. We are a team of dedicated and efficient volunteers who will be helping to make the BMM 2011 convention a resounding success.

Our job is to plan parallel tracks of programs during the convention which appeal to the next generation. The real challenge is to integrate the varied interests, the different age groups from 18 to 35 years and the two cultures.

We have plans which will cater to the varying tastes of teenagers and young adults. Our goal is to have a niche program for each interest group. There will be something for everyone. We have no doubt that your experience with the various activities that our committee has to offer will be a memorable one.


Meet the Team:

Anudeep Dharkar: Committee Chair
Anudeep was appointed YAPC Chair because of the enthusiasm and leadership qualities he brings to the committee. He has partaken in many scientific and cultural speeches throughout his academic career. He is a physician and is fluent in Marathi, Hindi, Spanish, and German.

Mona Toke: Committee Co-Chair
Mona brings many years of experience attending BMM conferences. She is directly responsible for providing up-to-date information regarding programming for the Convention. She updates the Facebook groups on a regular basis. Mona works for one of the 3rd largest global banks, HSBC.

Ganesh Yadav: Committee Co-Chair
Ganesh is a Chicago resident for past decade and an engineering graduate from Pune University and working for a reputed firm as a software engineer. In his day to day job, Ganesh is well informed about the current trends in the Information Technology/ Systems/ Security and allied professions.
